בעיה|העלת תמונה אישית

אוקיי אני מנסה לעלות תמונה אישית (הסמל הזה ליד השם משתמש)
וזה כותב לי:
ההעלאה לשרת נכשלה. צור קשר עם אחד מחברי צוות האתר כדי לפתור את הבעיה

עכשיו התמונה היא 100X72
והיא בפורמט הנכון..
מה לעשות?

מה השם של הקובץ + סיומת?

stepuplogo.jpegאם לא הבנתי נכון אני יכול להעלות תמונה ואז אתה תעשה לי את זה?

תעשה gif \ png ..
